Omar Pringle

Omar joins the Sky High Farm Board of Directors after years of service as a volunteer. He is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Morrison & Foerster in New Yorkwhere he advises on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions for both strategic and private

equity clients. Omar works across a variety of industries including technology, life sciences, and aerospace, and agriculture. He has also focused on the Food + Ag sector, working across the value chain, and focusing on reimagining the “farm of the future” – from the use of technology to improve yield and carbon capture, to the opportunities and challenges associated with scaling regenerative practices.
