Finca Pajuil is a Farm Focused in Ayurvedic Agroecology with Permaculture Practices. The work we do here is to first and foremost educate the comUnity to be self-sustaining with a holistic health perspective.
From growing herbs + spices such as Curry + Curcuma; making extracts like Tulsi + Neem and hosting experiences ranging from Interactive Farm Tours to showcasing superfruits not commonly grown, we truly love to share all aspects of what we practice here onsite. Specifically we are focusing on growing Cashews, hence the name Finca Pajuil - which literally means Cashew Farm.
Thanks to the Sky High FARMiliy and the generous donation they granted us, we have been able to activate our Casa Cajuí (Cashew Casa) and “Conucos ComUnitarios Creativos” (commUnity gardens) so that we can showcase our practices with a hands-on approach which includes Art Therapy + Education.
