Black Wind Farm

"My name is Justin J. Butts, I am a BIPOC LGBT retired United States Navy veteran and wounded warrior, artisanal lard soapmaker, farm-to-table chef, and most passionately of all a livestock farmer. Last July my brother Damien and I purchased an abandoned 104 acre farm in Berne New York, with the goal of rehabbing the property to become a successful and profitable regenerative farm and developing a farm incubator to help others achieve the same.

This grant supports livestock equipment and infrastructure costs.
