In addition to Sky High, Colen has contributed fund-raising efforts to Henry Street Settlement, whose programming and social services have made a huge impact on Manhattan's Lower East Side, and to RX Art whose programming brings art into children’s hospitals. Among other RX Art projects Colen designed a site specific permanent art installation for the activity room at St. Mary's Hospital for Children. Colen holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from the Rhode Island School of Art and Design.
