ADDED VALUE, Spring 2021
Added Value was a joint fundraising event series between Sky High Farm and FIG, two organizations committed to building food security in New York City and the Hudson Valley.
From April 22-May 2, 2021, Sky High and FIG joined forces with chef and restaurant partners producing more than 15+ different events, including pop-up dinners, special menus, block parties and more.
All events revolved around pasture-raised lamb, pork and goat provided by Sky High Farm. All funds raised went directly to Sky High’s and FIG’s work towards community-controlled food systems.
